What these terms cover
These terms cover the Azzamo relays, Azzamo Premium, Azzamo Blossom and the tools on this site. Using any of them means you accept them. If you do not, do not use the services.
What you are buying
Premium is prepaid access for a period of time, attached to a Nostr public key. Blossom subscriptions are prepaid storage for a period of time. Neither creates an account in the traditional sense, and neither renews automatically. When the time runs out, access returns to the free tier.
Payments and refunds
Payment is in sats over Lightning or with Cashu tokens. Because payments settle instantly and irreversibly, purchases are final. If a payment settles but access is not granted because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will fix it or return the sats.
Acceptable use
Do not use the services to publish content that is illegal where we operate, to attack the infrastructure, or to send bulk unsolicited messages. We may block a key that does any of these, without refund for time already spent.
Content you publish
You keep ownership of everything you publish. Content on Nostr is signed by your key and distributed to relays you choose, including relays we do not run. We can stop storing something on our relays, but we cannot recall it from the network, and neither can you.
Reports and takedowns
Anyone can report content stored on our infrastructure through the report page. Copyright takedown notices are handled as described in our copyright policy. Reports of illegal content such as child sexual abuse material or terrorist content are handled on an expedited basis, ahead of any standard notice timeline.
Repeat infringers
We terminate service, in appropriate circumstances, for keys that repeatedly infringe copyright or repeatedly violate these terms. A blocked key loses access to paid time without refund. See the copyright policy for how infringement is counted.
Availability
We work hard to keep the services online and we do not promise perfection. Relays restart, networks fail and providers have outages. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose, and publish to more than one relay.
Liability
The services are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the period in question.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new date, and continuing to use the services after that means accepting them.
